1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the developer of Piggy Bong ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer") regarding your use of the Piggy Bong mobile application ("App," "Service," or "Piggy Bong").

By accessing or using Piggy Bong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Piggy Bong Overview

Piggy Bong is a K-pop fan spending tracker mobile application designed to help users:

• Track spending on K-pop related purchases (concerts, albums, merchandise)
• Set and manage budgets for different spending categories
• Monitor financial goals related to K-pop activities
• Analyze spending patterns and habits
• Plan for future K-pop related expenses

2.2 Service Availability

Piggy Bong is currently available for iOS devices through the Apple App Store. The App requires an internet connection for full functionality and uses Supabase as our backend service provider.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the App.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

• Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent
• We comply with COPPA requirements for users under 13
• Age verification may be required during registration

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Age verification
• Acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy

3.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Input false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to access or collect data from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others

4.3 Content Guidelines

When adding notes, categories, or other content to the App:

• Content must be accurate and truthful
• Do not include offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not include personal information of others

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Ownership

Piggy Bong, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Piggy Bong for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 User Content

• You retain ownership of the spending data and information you input
• You grant us a license to use this data to provide our services
• We do not claim ownership of your personal financial information
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide

5.4 Trademark Notice

Piggy Bong and related marks are trademarks of the Developer. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Piggy Bong, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

6.1 Data Security

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We use encryption for data transmission and storage
• We regularly update our security practices

6.2 Third-Party Services

We use Supabase as our backend service provider. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, and we ensure they meet our data protection standards.

7. Financial Information Disclaimer

• Piggy Bong is for informational and tracking purposes only
• We do not provide financial planning or investment advice
• You should consult qualified financial professionals for financial guidance
• All financial decisions are your responsibility

7.2 Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered
• We do not verify the accuracy of user-inputted information
• The App provides tools for organization, not financial validation

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

Piggy Bong is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The security of data transmission or storage

8.2 No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

10. Indemnification

• Any content you submit through the App
• Any dispute between you and other users

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the App settings

• Uninstalling the App from your device

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay any applicable fees
• Remain inactive for an extended period

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use Piggy Bong immediately ceases
• Your data may be deleted according to our retention policy
• You may request data export before termination
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

12. Apple App Store Terms

If you download Piggy Bong from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

12.1 Apple as Third Party

• Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App

12.2 License Scope

The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control.

12.3 Product Claims

In case of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

13. Updates and Changes

13.1 App Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or user experience
• Updates may be required for continued use of the App
• You are responsible for downloading and installing updates

13.2 Terms Updates

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through the App or email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree to changes, you should stop using the App
